The putting greens are an infilled type that take quite a bit longer to build, but they are superior in performance and durability. They can be made to roll between 10 and 13 feet on the Stimpmeter.
The landscape turf we like to use is a 92-ounce polypropylene blend. It’s superior in color and durability, and it resists matting down better than the thinner, lighter-weight turf — one of the biggest complaints with synthetic turf.
Jeff uses our turf for doormats at his home. They see a lot of foot traffic in a concentrated area, and after several months they still look like the day he installed them. You’re welcome to come putt on his personal green, it’s 25 years old. Come see for yourself what you will be getting.
